RN Care Manager

Responsibilities
•Swing Bed coordination and oversight
•Assisting with ER and Med/Surg coverage, as needed
•Helping fill nursing staffing gaps
•Supporting continuity of patient care and discharge planning
•Collaborating with nursing leadership and clinical teams
•Scheduling and administering outpatient injections
Qualifications
•Current RN license
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•1-3 years of clinical experience preferred
•ADN required, BSN preferred
