PRN Radiology Technologist - Radiology
Hillsboro Community Hospital is looking for a PRN Radiology Technologist to add to our team!
Radiology Technologist Duties:
•Assist patients to and from exam room explaining what is going to happen and answer any questions
•Help patients be comfortable and ensure proper protection is in place
•Review physician orders to ensure complete exam information, preparation requirements, and coding compliancy needs are met
•Consult with Radiologist when necessary
•Follow infection control policies and organize and disinfect work area and equipment
Radiology Technologist Requirements:
•Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from JRCERT approved college or technical program; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in hospital radiologic environment, including CT, preferred.
•Current licensing by the State of Kansas
